After distracting herself with an English degree, Elena finally turned her attention toward the Film and TV industry where she naturally fell into the art department, combining her love of storytelling with all things artsy.

She has worked on numerous award-winning short films, including BAFTA-nominated Standby, music promos for artists such as Mumford and Sons, Arlo Parks and Dave, and various commercials for brands such as Yamaha, Samsung and Asics.

Elena has since jumped headfirst into the long-form narrative world, having worked on BAFTA-nominated Scrapper directed by Charlotte Regan which won the Grand Jury Award in the World Dramatic category at Sundance 2023. Following that she worked on Sky Peals, directed by Moin Hussain for Film4 and BFI which premiered at the Venice Film Festival 2023 in the Critic's Week Section, followed by Surviving Earth by Thea Gajic, and Retreat by Ted Evans, both currently in post-production.

She also worked on 0121, a TV mini-series that premiered on BBC Three in 2021 and recently worked on Count Abdulla, an ITVX series currently streaming online.
